About The Event
DFIC's Intercollegiate Stock Pitch Competition is a premier event in Canada's business school community, attracting more than 50 submissions annually from the top business schools across the country. The event is scheduled to take place on April 1st, 2023, in Toronto, but there will also be a virtual option available.
What's in it for you?
The event provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate their fundamental research skills and pitch their buy or sell ideas on equities listed on North American exchanges with a market cap exceeding US$250 million.
Each team, consisting of 1-4 members, will have 10 minutes to present their high conviction investment thesis, valuation, and company overview, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session
Becoming A Sponsor
DFIC is currently seeking sponsorships for this event. There are four tiers of sponsorship available, including bronze, silver, gold, and platinum. The current title sponsor for the 2022-2023 year is National Bank Financial, but other sponsors are welcome to participate.
Depending on the selected sponsorship tier, companies will receive various benefits, such as priority for judging and speaker slots, the opportunity to host exclusive events, and their logo on DFIC marketing collateral.
